I’ve been attending Yoga with the lovley Lola on Wednesday's at FYP Mind and Body in Saltney. I cannot recommend it enough! It's new to me as a beginner but I feel the class offers the perfect blend of strength, mobility, and mindfulness, with well-thought-out sequences that leave you feeling both challenged and deeply relaxed. Lola creates a warm, welcoming environment with clear cues and modifications for all levels. The studio space itself is exceptionally clean and peaceful, making it a wonderful place to reset. I always leave feeling good; stronger, balanced, and fully recharged - just better in general!
